Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400 m)
- Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to the hotel

Day 2: Trek Preparation and Permit Day
- Organise all trek permits and logistics with your team

Day 3: Drive Kathmandu to Chetchet (1,380 m), Trek to Simigaon (2,000 m)
- Scenic drive via Charikot and Dolakha to the roadhead at Chetchet
- Steep uphill trek through forest and terraced fields to the Sherpa village Simigaon
- Views of Gaurishankar mountain
- Trek time: approx. 2–3 hours

Day 4: Trek Simigaon to Dongang (2,790 m)
- The trail follows the Rolwaling River through rhododendron and pine forests
- Pass chortens, wooden bridges, and gradually gain altitude

Day 5: Trek from Dongang to Beding (3,690 m)
- Continue deeper into Rolwaling Valley along the river gorge
- Spot waterfalls, yaks grazing, and alpine flora

Day 6: Acclimatisation Day in Beding

Day 8: Acclimatisation Day in Na – Hike to Yalung Ri Base Camp (4,900 m)

Day 9: Trek Na to Tso Rolpa Lake / Kabug (4,540 m)

Day 10: Trek to Drolambu Glacier Camp (4,900 m)
- Cross rocky and icy terrain with views of the Rolwaling glacier

Day 11: Cross Tashi Lapcha Pass (5,755 m), descend to Thyangbo Kharka (4,320 m)

Day 12: Contingency Day

Day 14: Trek Thame to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
